We verify your company identity, check for conflicts of interest, and finalise the engagement letter.

Our team assesses your business risks and evaluates internal controls to develop a customised audit strategy (audit plan).

We conduct on-site or remote fieldwork to test financial records, verify assets, and gather necessary audit evidence.

Audit & Assurance

28 working days

The audit partner reviews all working papers and discusses preliminary findings with your management team.

We issue the draft Independent Auditor's Report

After remarks from management, the Final Independent Auditor's Report and a management letter highlighting any control weaknesses.

Other steps necessary based on the specific situation of your institution.

  • You must provide our audit team with unrestricted and timely access to all requested records and personnel.

  • Because we use sampling techniques, this audit is designed to detect material misstatements but does not guarantee the discovery of all concealed fraud.

  • The audit will be conducted following the International Standards on Auditing (ISAs)
