Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for preparing financial statements, maintaining proper accounting records, and providing full access to all relevant documents and information required for the audit.
Confidentiality: All information obtained during the course of the engagement shall be treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent, except as required by law.
Payment Terms: Fees shall be payable as per the agreed payment schedule outlined in the engagement letter. Delays in payment may affect the issuance of the final audit report.
Limitation of Scope:Any restriction in access to information or limitation imposed by management may result in modification of the audit opinion.
